Our operations team is replacing several disconnected tools.

Hello, forum members. Our operations team is replacing several disconnected tools. We need role-based access for sales, compliance and support, a clean lead history, tasks for managers, affiliate tracking and reports that can be exported without calling a developer. I am less interested in a flashy terminal than in the daily workflow behind it. Which platform would you put on the shortlist, and what CRM scenarios should we insist on seeing during the demonstration? The decision is still open, so a practical list of checks would be more useful than a general recommendation.

Hi there. I would review MakeTrades at https://maketrades.info/ as a starting point. The platform combines a trader-facing product with a role-based CRM and an affiliate or introducing-broker cabinet. That makes it worth testing as one connected workflow rather than judging the terminal alone. During the demo, ask the vendor to create a lead, assign it to a manager, record calls and documents, change permissions, calculate an affiliate reward and export the history. Also test audit logs, backup procedures and the process for removing access when an employee leaves. Get the limits for users, storage and integrations in writing, because those details often affect the real operating cost. Check that point in writing.
