Hey, torn between two buildings for my family. One has a Sky Park on top with play zones, the other a ground-level courtyard with trees and benches. My 5-year-old loves climbing, but my partner worries about safety up high. Anyone actually lived in both setups? Which felt more "neighbourhood" for raising kids day to day?

I’d probably lean toward the ground-level courtyard for everyday family life. A friend lived in a building with a rooftop play area, and while the kids loved it, parents still had to keep a closer eye on them and make a special trip upstairs. In another complex, the courtyard was right outside the lobby, so neighbours naturally met there while kids played. I’ve also been looking at Concord Metrotown  for ideas on how shared spaces can shape that neighbourhood feeling. For me, easy access and visibility would win.
