Good afternoon. I am planning to propose in Phuket in about three weeks and I want a large bouquet as part of it, something with real presence rather than a normal supermarket handful. Fifty odd roses seems like the right scale for what I have in mind. What I cannot work out is the practical side: how a bouquet that size survives being carried around in this heat, whether it can be delivered to a specific place at a specific time, and how far ahead I need to order so the colour I want is actually available.

Order three or four days ahead, mainly because a large single colour bouquet is not always sitting in stock and nobody wants to hear about substitutions on the day. Heat is manageable if it goes straight from a cold room into a car, so the thing to avoid is buying it in the morning and carrying it around until evening. I ordered a bouquet of 51 roses from MashaFlower for something similar and they delivered to the restaurant rather than to me, which removed the whole problem of hiding it. Confirm the exact drop point with the venue first, some places will not accept deliveries before opening hours.
