Is ExpressVPN actually private or do they keep logs like others?

ExpressVPN has verified no-logs policy - proven in real world. Turkish government seized their server in 2017 investigation, found zero user data. Why: RAM-only servers (wiped on reboot, nothing saved), based in British Virgin Islands (no mandatory logging laws), independently audited by PwC and Cure53 (verified claims). I'm privacy-focused, researched extensively before choosing. They literally can't log even if forced - infrastructure makes it impossible. Compare to VPNs based in US/UK (can be subpoenaed) or that use hard drives (data persists). Worth premium for real privacy.
