Used GovPlus to submit an official document application, and the payment was processed, but I haven’t received any confirmation on the status yet. The website says processing times vary, but I was expecting at least an update by now. Does anyone know if delays are common, or if there’s a way to check the progress more accurately?

Went through GovPlus for a document request, and I remember wondering the same thing. The initial payment and submission went through smoothly, but there wasn’t an immediate status update, govplus customer service later sent an email confirming that some requests take longer depending on the agency handling them. A few days later, I got the approval, and everything was fine. Since then, I always keep an eye on my email and check the spam folder, just in case updates don’t show up right away.
