The selection looks solid, but I’m wondering—are orders shipped on time, and is the quality reliable? Also, if something arrives damaged or missing, how does Vitality Medical handle customer service? Ordered from Vitality Medical a couple of times, and for the most part, everything arrived as expected. Prices are definitely better than buying straight from a pharmacy, and the product selection is solid. One order showed up on time, but another took a few extra days, so shipping isn’t always predictable. Had to Vitality Medical contact customer service once because a package was missing an item. Took a little back and forth, but they eventually sent the replacement without extra charges.
