I was recently given a starter manicure kit, but I'm not sure what tools are really necessary for a beginner. There are so many things: brushes, files, bases, gels... I don't know what to pay attention to first. Maybe some of you have already started with something similar and can share your experience. What tools are important and what definitely shouldn't be bought at the very beginning?

How to choose tools for beginner craftsmen?
I started with a small set and I can advise not to buy too much at once. It is better to start with a quality basic set: a good file, an orange stick for cuticles, quality gels for the base and top. For example, I started with Dark nail gel, it is very convenient to work with and long-lasting. When you start, it is better not to overload yourself with different small tools, but to focus on basic but quality things.
I also recently started doing my manicure at home, and I can say that the main thing is not to rush with purchases. At first, I bought only what I really needed: a file, a cuticle remover, and a couple of good gels. The rest came with experience. But, probably, if someone recommended me to choose tools, I would definitely start with high-quality basic materials and without unnecessary bells and whistles.
